HERE TO HELP

If you would find it difficult to get to or speak to someone from the surgery during normal working hours and would like a call at a different time please speak to our reception team.

To help improve access to our services Practices across West Somerset work together on a rota basis to provide evening and Saturday morning appointments.

if necessary We can help you arrange to be seen at one of the other practices in West Somerset on an evening or a Saturday morning.

This email is for repeat prescription requests only.

If your medication request is urgent please contact our prescription line on 01643 703441 (Option 2). 11am - 1PM, Monday - Friday.

Please include your name and date of birth with your request. Please be advised that requests for “all repeats” or requests with limited information are likely to result in a delay in the processing of medication. In such instances, staff will need to contact you to discuss your exact requirements.
